Reservation Policies & Procedures

• Prices for rooms include Continental Breakfast, which consists of bread with butter and assorted jam, muffins, assorted fresh fruit, coffee or tea, and orange juice.

• Reservation deposit: Half of total amount due. If cancellation occurs 72 hrs before commencement of stay, full amount of deposit paid will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of commencement of stay, 50% of deposit paid will be forfeited with the remaining 50% converted to hotel voucher.

• For guests without prior reservations, payment for entire duration of stay is to be maid upon check in.

• Notices of extension of stay have to be made by 11 am.

• Check-out time: 11 am. Check-in time: 2.30 pm.

• Various tours are available through the hotel. and reservations for tours can made in advance in conjunction with reservations for hotel stay
